Admissions Process

  • Step 1: Self-Assessment

The first step in our process is the Self-Assessment. This form is designed to help you decide whether our school is a good fit for your family. The statements are taken directly from our Enrollment Agreement, a contract that you will be expected to sign if your family is accepted into our program. EACH PARENT MUST FILL OUT the Self-Assessment in order to proceed to the next step.

  • Step 2: Schedule a tour

Once we’ve received your Self Assessment Form, you will be invited to sign up for a tour in December or January. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see our school, ask questions, and get to know our ideologicatl and pedagogical approach.

  • Step 3: Apply

Upon completing a tour, you will decide whether or not to proceed to the next stage: The Student Application. Once we’ve received an email from you requesting an application, we will send you a link.

  • Step 4: Interview

After we’ve received your application, we will review all of our documentation and determine whether to move forward with an interview.

  • Step 5: Re-enrollment

This year’s re-enrollment window for current families is from January 29th to February 9th. At the end of this window, we will begin making placements. Priority will be given to returning students, siblings, and students transferring from other Montessori schools.

  • Step 6: Admission

If there is an appropriate enrollment opportunity, we will reach out to you with an offer of admission.

  • Step 7: Paperwork

Upon acceptance, families will have two weeks to secure their spot with a deposit and signed contract. Next, our Admissions team will reach out with an enrollment packet to complete before the start of school.

  • Step 8: New Student Intro Session

The final step in this process is the New Student Intro Session. You and your child will visit the classroom, meet with his/her teachers, and learn about procedures and requirements for the first day of school.
